Welcome to use our lipstick filling machine with remelting conveyor. It can also use with 95 cavities metal mold

and cooling tunnel. It is use for filing liquid pasty material such as lipstick, lip balm and eyebrow pencil.

Feature

 ◆The material barrel is three-layer layer heating which increase the heated area of the raw material and   effectively control the temperature of the raw material heating.   ◆Material probe detection PT100, oil thermocouple detection, double test effective control material temperature   to prevent material temperature over-high.   ◆Use of speed regulating motor, can effectively control the mixing speed.   ◆The contact part of the whole machine is 316 L stainless steel, which is easy to clean and corrosion resistant.   ◆The structure is compact, with a small area, high efficiency and stability.   ◆The remelting conveyor belt is made of Teflon material, which is  anti-acid, anti-alkali and anti-organic solvents.
